Trinity to Serentity | Hózhó Yoga

We’ll do a yoga sequence twice a week to help you improve your focus and flexibility, reduce stress/anxiety and incorporate the practice of Hózhó in the rest of your life.
About Deoné Newell
Deoné Newell is a Diné/Naahiłií Yoga Teacher, Breathwork Facilitator, Sound Healer, and Life Coach. Originally from Window Rock, AZ, Deoné has led Yoga, Breathwork, and Sound Healing workshops for various organizations including Yahoo, Doordash, the Nez Perce Reservation in Idaho, and various LA-based non-profits. She completed her 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training in Rishikesh, India, the birthplace of India, and she is registered with Yoga Alliance (YAID: 235020).
Deoné has served as a consultant for SAMHSA (Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration) to help educate youth on how Native arts/culture serve as protective factors for mental illness. She has dedicated herself to making ancestral healing, and its forgotten wisdom accessible to as many people as possible. Through her work, she encourages people to break generational patterns and step into true self-discovery, abundance, healing, cultural change, and spiritual sovereignty; Decolonizing wellness one practice at a time.
