- Tenant Acquisition: Securing tenants for commercial and industrial spaces.
- Funding Acquisition: Obtaining financial resources for project planning, site development, and construction.
- Procurement Requests: Research, develop, and advertise procurement documents like Request for Proposals or Request for Qualifications for commercial projects on the Navajo Nation.
- Project Management: Overseeing all aspects of project development, from contracting to fund management, throughout the entire development process.
- Industrial Park Management: Enhancing and expanding existing industrial parks to attract new tenants.
- Leasing Operations: Facilitating business site leases and other leasing transactions.
