The Navajo Tech Forum Series, starting with the inaugural conference "Bridging Tech+Tradition," is designed to drive economic development and small business growth, encouraging new industries to locate on the Navajo Reservation.
This series aims to provide cutting-edge insights, resources, and networking opportunities to attract diverse enterprises and innovators.
Additionally, it focuses on educating and inspiring the Navajo people, empowering them with knowledge and skills to actively participate in and benefit from the evolving economic landscape. "Bridging Tech+Tradition" is the first of many conferences to come, setting the stage for ongoing growth and collaboration.
Purpose & Goals
- Present new developments in advanced manufacturing, including the application of AI to advanced manufacturing and advanced manufacturing education.
- To increase the involvement of the Navajo Nation in advanced manufacturing, digital finance, AI adoption and implementation.
- Attract more private and public investment, e.g. an NSF “Type 2” $160 Million Regional Innovation Engines grant.
- Identify ways to enhance education and workforce development in advanced manufacturing, AI, and digital finance.
- Research new discovers and advancements that are relevant to the economic development of the Navajo Nation.

- Submit the registration form, the invoice from the DCOCF, the DCOCF W-9 & Debarment forms, and the NNOOC Request for Direct Payment Form (RDP) to the office of the Controller by email [email protected].
